RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)

RichDripCo specializes in custom-made products, including but not limited to custom banks, mugs, glassware, cups, T-shirts, hoodies, sneakers, and rolling trays.

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except as outlined in Section 2 below.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify RichDripCo within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

    •    A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

If your claim is approved, RichDripCo may, at its discretion:

    •    Issue a replacement, or

    •    Provide another resolution deemed appropriate

Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

3. Custom Variations Are Not Defects

Because each item is custom-made, slight variations in color, size, print placement, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Mockups, previews, and product photos are visual representations only and may not reflect the exact final product.

 

4. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, RichDripCo is not responsible for:

    •    Shipping delays

    •    Lost or stolen packages

    •    Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and replacement or refund requests may be denied.

 

5. Product Care & Breakage Disclaimer

Many RichDripCo products, including mugs, glassware, banks, and trays, are fragile and require proper handling.

RichDripCo is not responsible for damage resulting from:

    •    Improper use or handling

    •    Drops, impacts, or misuse

    •    Exposure to extreme temperatures

    •    Normal wear and tear after delivery

Customers assume all responsibility for product care once the item is delivered.

 

6. Rolling Tray Disclaimer

Rolling trays sold by RichDripCo are intended for legal use only.

RichDripCo is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or illegal use of this product.

 

7. Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
