Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 week (7 business days). Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, RichDripCo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.
