1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Products & Custom Orders
RichDripCo specializes in custom-made products, including but not limited to custom banks, mugs, glassware, cups, T-shirts, hoodies, sneakers, and rolling trays.
All products are made to order based on customer specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except as outlined in Section 6.
3. Processing & Shipping
Processing times are listed on the website and may vary depending on order volume and customization. Shipping times are separate from processing times and are estimates only.
RichDripCo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, shipping addresses, and contact information at checkout. RichDripCo is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Product Variations
Due to the custom manufacturing and printing process, slight variations in color, size, placement, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact RichDripCo within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Product Use & Assumption of Risk
All products purchased from RichDripCo are used at the customer’s own risk.
RichDripCo is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper care, or unintended use of any product, including but not limited to:
• Breakage of glass or ceramic items
• Burns from hot liquids
• Cuts or injuries from broken items
• Improper or illegal use of rolling trays
Customers are responsible for following proper care and safety guidelines.
8. Rolling Tray Disclaimer
Rolling trays sold by RichDripCo are intended for legal use only. RichDripCo does not condone or promote illegal activity and is not responsible for misuse of this product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and images on this website are the property of RichDripCo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Custom products featuring customer-provided designs or names remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer affirms they have the right to use any materials submitted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RichDripCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes to Terms
RichDripCo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
